Stay away! This Dr is not interested in you as a patient but only on collecting insurance claims & ordering a bunch of unnecessary tests that are done in her office (money obviously the objective here). I needed an MRI and her staff refused to give me my prescription & results unless I got all of the tests she had ordered, which I previously had done and were normal and had nothing to do with my condition. Her staff is incredibly rude as well. I finally got my results by contacting the Imaging place directly.

Horrible, seek another Dr. She does not care about her patients. Makes you wait for no reason, thinks everybody is stupid and has a disdained look on her face when she examines you.

great. Dr Braunstein was the first doctor to actually spend time looking into my issue in many years. It was a relief to actually have a doctor who didnt appear to be in a rush.

I am not one to do a write up on a doctor but Dr. Braunstein and her staff have been absolutely fantastic. They are all very professional yet down to earth and the kindest bunch of people you will ever meet. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and confident enough to discuss my issues.

HORRIBLE Patient Care!!!!! Front Desk staff was extremely rude. This office does not take patients health seriously. I will never visit or recommend this office to anyone.

Stay away from this doctor. Waiting room times are ridiculous. Had to walk out twice before seeing doctor because she made me wait so long. Obviously my time is not as important as hers. Appears that she is only interested in collecting insurance claims. The two times I did see the doctor and after completing a variety of neurological tests, the doctor told me that I have an anomaly, which in plain English means she has no clue what is wrong with me. Save yourself and STAY AWAY!

This woman should be stripped of the title "Dr". She's got to have the worst attitude of any Dr. I've ever seen. She acts as though she's doing you a favor by seeing you and you feel as though you're bothering her. A different Dr. ordered an MRI which came back showing cholesterol blocking tiny blood vessels in my brain. I showed her the results, and she ordered 2 EEG & and something called a trax test. I learned she went on vacation until 4 weeks later. my results?

I feel I finally found a real doctor who is smart and approachable . She is truly concerned and listens to me. I saw many doctors for my problem. She finally made the correct diagnosis and treated it sucessfully. I have recommended her to my friends, co-workers and family.
