45 minutes late, then very rushed.
This office is a nightmare. There are no automatic doors, so if you’re in a wheelchair, or are pushing a wheelchair, forget it!

Excellent, no long wait, very competent staff saw me first and helped identify my issues. While she was quick, her staff had covered all the preliminaries so she could go right to work. Accurate dx according to my PCP. Edge of the science treatment.

Lost another 2 patients yesterday. My time is way more valuable than sitting in an office waiting room in December and January for an hour waiting for an appt. Decembers appt cancelled by the office and I wasn't called. January appt I was called at 8:00 a.m. and asked to come in earlier (which I did) only to be rudely told after the waiting room emptied out that I was waiting for the original appt time..Seriously!! no apologies made by staff! I left! #nodoublebooking #nostaffcompassion

I waited MONTHS for an appt. I didn't have a long wait on the day of, but the actual exam was a joke. So unbelievably fast and cursory- she didn't check the backs of my legs or anything. Skin cancer can show up anywhere- even places that have never seen the sun, and I have a history of skin cancer in my family. She quickly looked at my face and back and that's it. Can't believe how much I paid for 1.5 minutes of perusal. And the kicker was the hard sell on her skin care line on the way out.

I once saw Dr. Frankel in 2004 as a young teen for a one time visit. Never followed up and "missed an appointment in 2005". Fast forward, 2017 Nov, I had placed a call to book a new patient appointment to see her for a normal skin check up because many people recommended her. So I took the next available appointment which was Feb 22 2017 at 2:20pm. I knew the wait was long but with the holidays around the corner I thought It would fly by, which it did. I went online and printed the new patient i

We arrived home from vacation at 3:00am but still made arrangements to get our daughter to Dr. Frankel in keeping our appointment. When arriving we learned Dr. Frankel was not in the office! No phone call pre-notifying us, waited 2hrs to finally be seen by another. Rude, rude, rude office staff. Disrespectful Doctor - you just lost another patient. Now we know why her ratings are so low

I would never recommend Dr. Frankel to anyone. I went to her for almost a year and was told my fingernail growth was normal and to give it time to grow out. As a nurse I wasn't convinced. One visit with another derm office and was diagnosed with a fungal infection and given medication to treat it. All Dr. Frankel cares about is $$ and selling her own product line.

Very rushed. I had asked for a full body skin check. Dr Frankel came in acting as if this were the last appointment of the day and she had to rush to get out of there. this was at 7:30 in the morning. She never looked at my whole body, telling me any spots I had were not an issue, and got a large can & froze 15 skin tags, saying 15 only would get paid by insurance. she then had the check out people try to sell my skin care products we had never discussed. terrible experience. Not going back

I canceled an appointment for my Daughter two weeks before her appointment. They sent her a bill anyway. I called and was spoken to like a child. I was then told if the future to get the name of the person I am speaking to. Do they not trust their staff? I have been using them for many years but, no more.
