I must share my experience for those who plan to make an appointment for a 24 hour blood pressure monitor. This is not a review about the actual doctor because I haven't ever met her. I just drove appx 3 hours round trip because I had an appt at her office to pick up a monitor. I waited over two months for this appointment and when I showed up, Joannie (the same person who scheduled my appt), said I wasn't on the schedule and there was nothing she could do for me because they only have one monitor, ONE MONITOR, and they already gave it to the patient before me. My appointment was for 8:30am. I explained that I was very upset to hear this and couldn't imagine being turned away after how long it took me to get there. I then spoke to Jeanine, the supervisor/nurse, who offered me another appointment at the end of the week. NO THANK YOU! So unacceptable and unprofessional. It was a complete waste of time, gas (five dollars a gallon)...and money lost due to canceling work appointments.
