Dr.Rak’s Office Staff is extremely welcoming, and if they can help then they will help you with friendly compassion and her nurses and medical technicians are top notch when it comes to your needs, but the DOCTOR herself is a DEDICATED, EMPATHETIC woman who REALLY CARES for her patients! She treats me with kindness and friendliness and treats me as someone who has a part in my medical treatment as well as she does! I love that she treats me with respect which makes me respect her even more!!!??

Dr. Rak had been my primary care physician for a number of years when I noticed our relationship deteriorating. Critical referrals were botched twice. She seemed almost hostile at times. It finally ended when I asked her to write a short paragraph advocating on my behalf to my insurance for a surgeon I needed and she replied "Why should I?"
