This is a perfect example of a Doctor doing to many different things except paying attention to her patients. This office makes to many mistakes. Not completing medical test forms correctly, so you have to go back again for more tests. Sending prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy and then taking a week to get this corrected. Having you come in for a sick visit with an intern, who then proceeded to throw out different things they think it could be and scaring the heck out of you. This should never be the case. This Doctor came highly recommended to me. I would not recommended this Doctor to anyone I know. It's sub par care. Go elsewhere.

Attentive and comprehensive
She took the time to do a thorough history and physical and explained everything so that I could understand. Caring and compassionate physician who both alerted me to concerns and removed unsubstantiated fears. Great doc.

My 92 yr old Mom has been a patient of Dr Rich for years. I accompany all appts and have witnessed patience, kindness, common sense, and professionalism during every visit. I have recently switched over to her practice. This is a Dr that cares.

I have been seeing Dr. Rich for years, but I am highly disappointed in the service I’ve been receiving recently. I’ve rarely seen her in the past few years due to high volume of patients and usually just see her PAs. I have been calling UBMD since Monday, 7/16 to ask if she can order an MRI on my back as I have been having shooting pains and occasional tingling down my legs-it’s now Thursday evening and I have not gotten any response, and I have called the office at least 15 times. This doc must be trying to.meet insurance incentives or has a very high ego that keeps her from giving parients the care they need. I have hypo, on Levo and although I’m still experiencing hypo symptoms ( chronic fatigue, cold sensitivity and dry skin) she refuses to do a full thyroid panel test or performed any other lab work like checking cortisol levels and for adrenal fatigue to investigate my chronic fatigue. She was very nasty and be prepared to repeat yourself. Lacking in listening.

Dr. Rich is a patient centered physician who takes the health of her patients seriously as evidenced by her willingness to call back, or schedule a follow up at short notice. When my wife needed a primary physician, I wholeheartedly recommended Dr. Rich and my wife holds similar views to mine about Dr. Rich's patient responsiveness.
