Dr. Ellen Rosenquist, MD

She was very thorough and spent time explaining to me on spine health and what my options are. I left with a great game plan.

Being my first consultation, I would not say Dr. Rosenquist is arrogant, but I would say she is very opinionated. Dr. Rosenquist did ask many questions. But with every answer she would steer blame to not doing enough exercise and indicating only that I need PT. She showed no need for process of elimination. Unfortunately, the prior 'very arrogant' Clev Clinic Dr. Diego Bastos of Canton, never downloaded my CD images and records as promised. And when I called to request my CD back his rude nurse told me they had destroyed it. So, Dr. Rosenquist had nothing to look at and has sent me back to the facility where I got the CD, to obtain another one. I am unhappy that both Dr. Bastos and Dr. Rosenquist are very opinionated and quick to act as if their profession is so well they can categorize problems without researching the symptoms using process of elimination. I will be going back to Dr. Rosenquist with the new CD for a second review

Highly discourage anyone from seeing her !!! Very cold ambiance when she entered room. Her initial attitude reflected that I was wasting her time. In fact, she was wasting my time !! Very unprofessional and explanation was extremely poor. Very arrogant and self absorbed. She repeatedly told me that SHE was a surgeon and belittled other medical personnel in the building that were not. She is a bad representation for the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.

She’s very rude, arrogant and disrespectful. Treated me like I have no feelings! She won’t do anything to help. She won’t even give me a straight diagnosis. She is giving me medication that causes kidney failure, yet continues to gaslight me when I tell that I’m having symptoms. She acts more like an enemy, too. I’ve had enough abuse

Never!!!! No one should schedule an appointment with this doctor. It is a waste of time money and energy

Waste of time and money. Should have read the other reviews first. She was arrogant and not willing to listen. She seemed to have made up her mind before even completing a simple conversation. Could not use the office computer system and was constantly leaving the appointment room trying to figure out what to do.

Waste of time, money and miles to drive to Twinsburg. Dr. is arrogant and impersonable. No compassion for pain. If she does injections or any spinal RFA she does not use sedation -- and said it wasn't necessary, though I told her it would really scare me/cause anxiety without sedation, she shrugged her shoulders and said ...well, I don't use sedation. I was not seeking narcotics! I went to her to get another opinion on how to treat my back pain. Her Clv Clinic profile lists spinal MANY disorders that she treats and MANY treatment modalities. I went to her because of this extensive list on her CCF profile. She told me she is not any better than the pain mgmt doctor I was seeing; actually she is MUCH worse....because he is caring and listens to me. The ONLY reason I wanted to talk to Roenquist is because her profile listed so many other pain mgmt options. She said CCF lists so many options as a "marketing" profile. I am going back to my original pain managment provider. Dr. Nageeb.
