I was referred to Dr Saeed by multiple friends and my OB. As a new patient, they took my information and said they would call back. Within minutes, a very rude woman called and refused me as a patient because of my ER history. Little did she know, I had a high risk pregnancy and was sent by my OB on many occasions. Never thought I'd be denied care by a doctor for such reasons. Shame on her for being so rude and lacking customer service skills.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Saeed for 25 years and I can't say enough good things about him. He's very thorough, patient and explains everything well. He's been to see my husband twice in the hospital and spent at least 1/2 hour with us each time to talk about all the tests, meds, side effects. On the weekend! My husband is definitely in great hands.

The other review posted is far fetched! Dr. Saeed has been the best family physician I have seen in a long time. You are basing the care of a physician on the billing staff. These reviews are designed to help people that are seeking a physician, not bash the office staff. He has always taken his time and made sure that each and every procedure and symptom was explained in great detail. As far as billers making decisions on care, maybe you should have talked to the office manager.

It by far has been horrible, I am a former patient of Dr. Samuel Dismond and one thing that can be said about Dr. Dismond was that he cared about his patients. Since taking over this practice the staff has changed numerous times . My daughter who didn't have her copay but was previously seen at urgent care due to severe stomach pain and told to follow up with her Dr. (Saeed) was told she could not be seen by a the biller. When did billing personal make care decisions.
