so kind, thorough and expert treatment

I have been battling with a nightmare of a staph infection turned cellulitis and after seeing many specialists and doctors, Dr O is the only doctor I have ever met that treats her patients as if she is treating herself. She is honest, empathetic and extremely knowledgable. She has an investigative approach and makes sure she does not leave any stone unturned and will make sure her treatments are working and will tweak them when need be. She truly cares about every individual that steps into her office. She makes herself available at any time to address any concerns/worries you may have and will go out of her way to follow up with you. Not only is she the biggest sweetheart but a highly-skilled doctor and she knows her stuff!! If only there were more Dr. Elsas in the medical industry! I highly recommend her to any and everyone!

I have been seeing Dr. O for over a decade. She is always professional. She is very warm and caring and puts her patients at ease. She explains what she is going to do and why she is doing it before looking at anything. You cannot find a better doctor.

Dr. Ordoukhanian is a compassionate doctor and takes the time to assess her patients. She really listens and values my feedback ensuring I’m comfortable with course of treatment. I’ve a few chronic skin conditions and if an emergency arises she will fit me in. Her staff is wonderful, friendly, and accommodating. Everyone treats you like a person not a number. I also find her nurse especially helpful. Dr. Ordoukhanian goes above and beyond.

I have been seeing Dr O. for almost a decade. I find her to be knowledgeable and very caring. I am glad to have her as my dermatologist. The staff is pretty polite and prompt.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ordoukhanian for several years. She is very upbeat and thorough. She takes my concerns seriously and treats any problems effectively. She herself places followup phone calls to see how I'm doing after a procedure. Her staff is also friendly and efficient. Dr. O is an amazing person and doctor. She is so smart but kind and patient also. She never rushes you and she is very sensitive to a patient's needs and feelings. I find seeing doctors quite scary at times and with Dr. O I know she is always correct, thoughtful, and going to do what is best for me-- I cannot recommend her any more highly.

I love Dr. Ordoukhanian! She's can come across as shy, but she's kind and has a dry sense of humor. I've seen her since 2008 for an annual mole check and treatment for seborrheic dermattis, dandruff and eczema. She was the first dermatologist I went to who got these conditions under control. She's also managed my expectations by letting me know my conditions can't be cured, just treated, and that over time, we may need to change prescriptions/products to adapt. Weekend staff is better!

My daughters had an issue with hair loss. Dr. Ordoukhanian looked them over and sent them for blood work. Fortunately I had the common sense to request a copy of the blood work to be sent to my house. After I received them i noticed that both girls were extremely anemic and needed supplemental iron immediately, the doctor never called me. When I called her she explained that she was very busy, and i asked why she didnt ask one of the staff to call. no explanation

My husband went to her about a spot on his nose. Without doing a biopsy and only looking at tit she told him it was cancer. She said she was surprised he had cancer since he is young for this type and that he will need MOH surgery. She said that she had a patient that had the same type of cancer that lost their nose.She had my husband completely upset. He asked if is there any chance she could be wrong. She said no. He got a 2nd opinion. Biopsy - no cancer. She is a unprofessional alarmist

She made me very nervous. I think it's a little strange to pull a patients underwear down to their knees, and then letting you know she had to do it to check for moles or freckles. Really? After the fact? As for her staff, they seem to be very disorganized and unprofessional. I should have listened to my employer. He's a doctor and went to see her and was very dissatisfied. I see why now.
