Excellent compassionate care
Dr Russom took care of my son in The ER when he was near suicidal from withdrawing from substances. She went above an beyond, including personally arranging a detox bed and even helping to locate his personal belongings which the hospital had lost. As a physician myself, I recognize above sbd beyond care when I see it.

Judgmental and patronizing
I unfortunately was seen by Dr. Elsa Russom for an emergency visit and am still shocked at the way she treated me. She told me she was doing me a "special favor" by prescribing me the medication I needed while pushing me to take a medication I had a bad reaction to in the past. She also tried to push me into inpatient psychiatric when hospitalization was clearly not necessary. Stay away from her if you can.
