Dr. Emad Rizkala, MD

This doctor EMAD told my dad nothing I can do for you too old. HE COULD NOT BEE and 2 weeks later he was hospitalized when we called from the hospital to talk to him he ended up canceling the appointment. he only cares about money. It's a business, not a medical care provider.

Dr. Rizkala is great. My dad needed a urologist and thank goodness we found him. Dad refuses to see any other doctor. He treated my 89 year old with respect, kindness and care. He explained in a manner that dad understood in great detail what was going on with him. Dad loves Dr. Rizkala. Believe me, if you need a urologist, call HIM. The awkwardness of seeing a urologist was quickly sqeltched by the professionalism of the staff. And, afterward, by Dr Rizkala himself. Always professional and informative. I fully recommend!

Dr. Emad Rizkala was very nice & awesome, I needed a piece of skin removed from my genitals area & he explained everything of what I had to do after surgery & cared enough to do what I've been wanting to do for years. I'd recommend Rizkala to anyone who needs to see an urologist & the staff in the offices are extremely nice as well.

My husband was in the ER for a kidney stone. He followed up with Dr. Rizkala, who fit him into his schedule right away and scheduled him for a stent. Dr. Rizkala explained everything to him and made him feel comfortable. He updated me while I waited and was available for any question or concerns I had. When it was time to remove the stent, Dr. Rizkala Again explained everything and was very quick with the procedure. He is a great doctor. He also took care of me for a kidney stone a couple of months ago and performed a cystoscopy on me. He was wonderful for me as well. Kidney stones can be very painful and having a great doctor doesn’t have to add to the stress you already have. Go see Dr. Rizkala and let him take care of you. I would like to say his staff was also very nice and a pleasure to deal with.

Dr Rizkala was extremely attentive and professional when I visit his office in Holmdel. He always asks extra questions to make sure any diagnosis’s are correct. His staff are all sweethearts. Very friendly and efficient.

Treats you like a robot. Does not provide details of the diagnosis. Very brief, and in multiple visits including the time to do a in-office procedure, was in the room less than 10 minutes - rushes off to the next patient in the other room. Does not explain that a procedure is being done during the next scheduled follow-up. Only when you enter the room, they have everything setup for a procedure that you were never informed about prior to that. Makes you sign a paper and proceeds to do the procedure and without detailing the findings, is out of the room before you can recover from the shock and pain. Had a CT scan done per his rec and he said he would call with the results but never did. I called his office for the results [ phone is always busy with a long wait time - 20 minutes on an average ], one of his staff read a one line statement that Rizkala had noted in my file. When asked for details, she could not provide any. Office also lost my CT scan CD. GO ELSEWHERE !!!

This Doctor is constantly MIA and his support staff is horrible. They never answer the phone or return calls. It might take two weeks to get a simple script renewed. Their phone system often disconnects you after being on hold for long periods of time and their mail box is always full. They have been advised of these problems for months and they do nothing about it. Stay Away! I would give ZERO stars if I could.

Great doctor, ask questions and cares. The doctor you trust

I met Dr.Rizkala in Feb. of 2016, when he performed emergency surgery on my Mom. He found that she has bladder cancer. Dr.Rizkala was so kind and caring while I was so worried. He explained everything he was going to do & saw me right before surgery to reassure me that all would go well. He was generous with the time he spent with me. I absolutely will recommend him to everyone I know. His staff is wonderful & very helpful. Appointments are made easily & there's minimal waiting room waiting.
