Always good she listens and recommends changing tx to see if it will help. Only when we we call to cx appt. Msg can never be found.

I've known Dr. Eman Mina ever since she set up her practice with Dr. Maged Mina. Never once have I or my wife been sorry, or considered switching our family doctor to another physician.

RUDE OFFICE MANAGER MARIANNE! My dad called a couple of weeks ago to transfer my mom there, and was told that they do accept her insurance and new patients. When my dad physically went to get an appointment for my mom and was told by the office staff that they cant take my mom in (specifically my mom). I am not really sure where is this coming from or if they can really pick and chose their patients like that. My dad tried to talk to the office manager MARIANNE and she told the staff to shut the reception window while he was talking VERY RUDE. I am glad that we didn't even get my mom into this place, I wouldn't have trusted her with this kind of attitude environment.

Dr. Eman Mina herself is very much ok. But she is not isolated from the office. The office is run by the RUDE manager Marianne, the MOB BOSS. The office sent a wrong prescription to the pharmacy, but refused to take responsibility. After MANY back-and-forths, I was given partial credit only. Then came the time for prescription renewal/refill. Again Marianne in the way. She is REFUSING to cooperate; asking me to come pick it up, whereas, Dr. Mina NEVER gives me the prescription directly.

Rude and condescending. Questions every symptom as if patient is fabricating problems. Doesn't review prior appointment so patient has to refresh what is going on and test results.

She is a great ,kind ,sincere doctor who sincerely cares about her patients when she saw me I looked in her eyes I saw a dedicated Dr who cares she's the best of the best,she listens and waits for you to finish telling her what your going through I recommend her to all family and friends

Doctor refused to consider renewing seizure medication after losing previous doctor through insurance reassignment. Refused to assign missed work notice because it took 6 days to get appointment for seizure event.
