Not a Patient Oriented Doctor
i went in to see Dr. Chen about a problem, and instead of helping me he asked 'Have you ever considered losing weight?'. I'm a woman in the United States, of course I have, but he refused to treat me - and the problem would not have been resolved by losing weight. I found a wonderful surgeon who took care of the issue, and after seven years of suffering, I am doing well. Incidentally, after seeing him just Friday for wound care (had I known previously that he was who my FIL was seeing, I would have stopped it), my father in law is now hospitalized (on Sunday) for sepsis....avoid this doctor at all costs.

I saw two doctor and 4 emergency room visit to try to get my gallbladder removed they said come back in two months if you have gallstones you know the pain I encountered and I could wait any more! I saw Dr. Chen on Wednesday did my exam, reviewed my medical notes for AVH and sent out my referral ASAP. I went home and waited for my call back , the every next day my referral was approved my surgery was scheduled on Monday and I was set ! For having Medical I was shocked with the services Dr. Chen and his offices offered ! I wasn’t just any other patient they cared and walked me step by step for my pre-op . I will and would recommend Dr. Chen office for everyone I know !!!! Thank you Dr. Chen !!!!!

Dr. Chen is amazing doctor and the staff at his facilities are very helpful & kind. He has a calm and pleasant demeanor that put me at ease immediately. He was also very thorough and answered all of my questions/concerns. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Chen!!!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Chen and his office staff. I had to have an emergent surgery and I was totally happy throughout my whole experience. I give the highest rating for this doctor and will send all my friends and family to him.

ery sincere doctor! He was my ER call in doctor at the hospital and he made me feel very at ease and has a good sense of humor to help loosen your nerves. Given sufficient healing time and healed very well, no complications. At the post op visit he was the same cheery doc. Definitely recommend him and many thanks to Dr. Chen!

Dr. Chen is a genuinely amazing doctor, he is compassionate to patients needs, and truly wants the best for his patient. I had gallbladder removed, and will continue to prefer him over other surgeons.I trust him and have nothing but positive remarks.Thank you Dr. Chen you are remarkable person.
