Wonderful and kind woman
She has been my daughters dr since she was been and she has always been extremely kind and patient with her. I don't know how anyone wouldn't rate her 5 stars on here based on every interaction I have had.

I adore Dr. Bays. She has excellent bedside manor, always giving everything you need to know (good or not) and still being comforting and making sure you leave knowing how to handle it. Does a great job of getting back to you quickly and making time for urgent needs.

First time i called the office they asked about 5 times to make sure I didn't have medicaid. And they did they would drop us off we ever went to it. every time we see Dr Bays, she insists that we use the cry it out method with our baby which is really none of her business. She is quick to look for anything that looks even remotely like abuse.she pointed out a tiny little bruise on my baby. How the hell did i know how she got it? She is mobile. I don't need the drama i am finding a different dr
