They wore gloves, when examining me. Dr. Chow's Resident did most of the examining and questioning. She came in later. They both came up with a plan, and seemed interested in helping me get good help. Thanks.

We were able to schedule an appointment right away and also the issue that we were concerned about with our daughter's help is now resolving and they really helped us figure out what was going on very quickly.

Dr. Chow is an excellent doctor and a very nice person. She's just always so booked up it is difficult to get an appointment on short notice. Despite that drawback, it is always worth the wait because I have such confidence in her skills.

I wish there was not so much pressure to overbook. It definitely takes away from the experience. I always arrive at least 20 minutes ahead of my appointment. Yesterday my name was not even called until 20 minutes after my appointment was to have started.

I was only able to have appointment 2 months in advance. That is not acceptable. I arrived early to appointment - as requested. Doctor was running 45 minutes late. She was scheduled for too many patients. I wasn't patient about waiting!
