Dr. Emilie Hallford, MD

I have been seeing Dr Hallford for a couple of years. She is very understanding and always makes me feel like I am her only patient.

Dr. Hallford and her nurse Jennifer are, both, extremely rude. They act as if they are inconvenienced by having a patient there to see them. It’s an act of Congress to get a refill from her, as well.

I find the negative reviews here surprising as I've been seeing Doctor Halford for years now and always had the best care. Both she and her staff have been completely professional and very attentive. I've recommended her to close family and friends several times and would to anyone else.

I have a few family members that see Dr. White including myself. She is very thorough and if need be will get you sent to other specialists. She is very sweet and caring. And she listens to your concerns. We’ve been going to her for close to 4 years. She’s my 4th primary care Dr. and my last. Myself and family members are very pleased with her!

I enjoyed my visit with Dr EmilieWhite. She seemed interested and had a plan for medication and for what to do next if that didnt work. I felt comfortable with her diagnosis and hopefully can get to feeling better :) would recommend and will go back to her.

Extremely rude, not helpful. I went in for my annual checkup and she acted like I was bothering her. She just kept asking what was I there for. I told her annual checkup, and she looked at me all funny and said like what, you need birth control? What do you need!? I'm appalled at how awkward and weird she was and how she wasnt satisfied with the fact that I wanted to make sure I got my annual checkup done to make sure nothing seems out of the ordinary since my job requires me to have a medical.

I am a teacher with a Master Degree and at my last appointment Dr. White was very unfriendly with terrible bedside manner and spoke with a very harsh tone, she did not listen to my concerns Dr.. White is quite slow with refills. her bedside manner is to fast and full of mistakes. she is incredibly unprofessional and uses profanity. she always sends patients out instead of attempting to diagnosis, which drives up the patients medical cost.

The front desk has several clerks. They are rude and crude. They don't greet the patient with any dignity. They are 20 years behind times. I finished my paperwork and took it to the clerk to register me, she told me to go sit down, the other lady came in before I did. The other person was still signing in. I was insulted but I sat down. If you call in to speak to a nurse don't expect to get called back.

I was in need of a new primary care physician and decided to establish with Dr. White. I was able to quickly get an appointment, and she was very thorough with our first appointment. Her nurse is fabulous and the office staff is friendly. I work in the healthcare field in Mobile and see many different internal medicine physicians--Dr. White is a very resource-minded physician and takes great care of her patients. My husband is also seeing her now. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Every time I have needed to be seen, I have been seen and helped. The staff were all friendly and respectful and I was in and out in a timely fashion. Dr. White is professional and caring and I would recommend her to anyone seeking care. Thanks Dr. White!

I had to find my mother in law a new doctor and was fortunate to find Dr White. Dr White took her time and really listened to my mom I am so grateful for her .

Dr. White was very good about finding a diagnosis to my symptoms. She was attentive and straight forward during my visit. I highly recommend her if you are looking for an internist.

I saw Dr. White for extreme pain on lower part of my right rib cage, I though it may be the liver but she gave me a 10 second exam and said it was the gal bladder, send me for and ultrasound blood test and never got a results on it just a large bill. Needless to say that was 2 months ago and I still have severe pain. The appointment staff is horrible on the phones extremely rude and no work ethics. I will never go to that office again.

She is not very aggressive in getting to the bottom of your situation and getting things better. Last visit she spent yawning inside her mouth and distracted. I am over her and choosing another doctor.

I saw Dr. White for an intense cough and extreme ear pain. She told me she was not a pediatrician so she was not experienced with ears. She diagnosed me with a sinus infection and pushed antibiotics. Two days later I was even worse. I went to an urgent care and was correctly diagnosed with bronchitis and given a breathing treatment and inhaler. She seemed very disinterested in my health and care. I would strongly recommend anyone to avoid this dr at all costs.

Very young and immature. She actually rolled her eyes at me like a teenager when I asked the side effects of a medicine she was prescribing. I don't like her at all. I had two great doctors at this practice and they both left. Makes one wonder why.....? Then I was assigned to Dr Whte and told no other doctor was taking new patients. I'm looking for a new primary care physician.
