I wouldn't know, when advised my wait would be 1 1/2 hours I left. Pause for Thought,,,,,if a patient is 10 or more minutes late they cancel .

A Dr. Visit next to Impossible to schedule. You’ll see inexperienced PA’s who are incompetent and misdiagnosed skin cancers on several occasions. 2 weeks for a positive pathology report promised in 4/5 days. Hold times over an hour, call backs a day later, indignant, non compassionate staff. “We’re very busy” is tagline for every inquiry regarding scheduling or service. I’ve been a patient for 15 years and this is a classic example of a practice that has grown to the point of patient care and compassion being an afterthought. Plain and simple they just don’t care. Stay away and explore other options.

Not happy they kept sending in the wrong prescription for me not once but twice. Wasting my time and money, then refused to waive my copay amount to help me recover my costs. Will be finding a new dermatologist.

Great dr & friendly helpful staff

Serious total skin screen done here. Every inch including between my toes. Delighted with absence of up-selling expensive cosmetic procedures. I'm sure they are available if I wanted. I didn't and hate fending off the up-sell. New to the area. One more excellent health care provider found.

She is the best

Beware of this doctor's office. In my opinion, they are the wanna be Amazon of Dermatology. They automate all of their processes and have very little empathy for their clients. Not only was the Doctor almost excited to cut into my flesh for a biopsy, but they delivered my biopsy results to me via text message and video. Very impersonal and cold. No ability to talk through treatment options and details with an actual doctor. They basically have a sales person call you with your biopsy results. Then when you ask for details of the medical procedure, they cannot answer. They insist on setting an in person appointment to talk again to the doctor about what should have been told to you when you were there in person. They refuse having the physician call you because I'm assuming it doesn't generate revenue for them. They clearly don't value their patients' time. The entire staff was very helpful when I was trying to fill a prescription. They went out of their way to make sure I got it filled.

My husband and I have been visiting Dr. Arsenault's office since we moved to Lakewood Ranch in 2003. We have seen either her or a member of her staff for our full body check yearly, which is very important when one lives in sunny FL. I personally have seen Laura Marano several times and both she and her nurse, Sage are warm and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Arsenalult's office.
