Dr. Emily Campito, MD

Absolutely unacceptable the behavior of this woman zero human (empathy)interaction nasty attitude I won't even send my enemies to her practice so sad.

Dr. Campito's lack of explanation, disinterest in concerns, and rushed check-ups left me feeling unheard and dissatisfied. Her flat and negative demeanor, coupled with spending only 5 minutes during my appointment, raised serious doubts about the quality of care. It's concerning to see a pattern of negative reviews, and CareNet should address these issues promptly. As someone with a history of SA, I empathize with the gravity of such concerns below and believe these experiences warrant serious attention. Dr. Campito's approach needs improvement, and I won't be returning to her for future appointments.

i have no other experiences to compare it to but overall went better than i expected and have no complaints

Dr Campito refused to speak to me about other birth control options, refused to take a speculum out of me when I was nearly in tears, she refused and told me in the most flat tone of voice, “It’s almost over” while she continued to keep it inside for over 3 more minutes. I was watching the clock tick by. Completely unprofessional behavior and I will never see her as a provider again.

Campito is bland, flat, not interested in the health of her patient. She literally sat to my side rather than face to am face when talking. I told her about my concerns with health issue. She was of zero help. I will be looking for a more compassionate physician.

She was bland, cold. She was also condescending during visit. I felt bad I visited her. I just visited her twice. My second time was to get a prescription.

I am absolutely over the Doctors in Upstate NY. The best doctor I had was super nice and supersweet and she moved to Utica. How upsetting. Campito is bland, flat, not interested in the health of her patient. I told her about my concerns with my PCOS she made me feel like I was making pain up. She completely invalidated my experience. I have been in this body all my life so I am sure I know when there is something going on. I am sick of these doctors never being interested in my health. Won’t return to her.

She isn’t up-to-date on best medicine. I asked her if I could do NIPT testing at one of the best lab’s in the nation and she told me they didn’t offer it. I double checked when I left and they surely do. Her lack of knowledge in her own field was disconcerting. She also didn’t smile once during our appointment.

I was misdiagnosed and have been in pain for months. If you have any question about your diagnosis, get a second opinion!
