Excellent care from Dr. Conway
I have been seeing Dr. Conway as a patient for several years. I’m now 65 years old. I have never had a problem with Dr. Conway or her staff. The office runs like clockwork. They always work with me to schedule convenient appointments. I’ve never experienced a wait time longer than 15 minutes. They are a busy office with many patients and I think they handle it admirably. The nurses are always professional and caring. Since starting as a patient, Dr. Conway has been thorough and understanding of a number of issues involving my care. She listens well and answers my questions. She explains things related to my heart and medical conditions. She orders the necessary tests and prescribes several medications. When I had complications, Dr. Conway referred me to a specialist. I couldn’t ask for a better treating physician and feel fortunate to have her working here in Sonoma County.

I had a very good experience with Dr. Conway over the last few years until my last visit. I was diagnosed with worsening heart failure and was put on Entresto. I messaged her multiple times regarding my extremely low blood pressure and other side effects. I was told to continue to take it as it would save my life. This resulted in me losing consciousness and landing on my tile floor. Thank goodness I was inside my home. After weeks of pushing me to continue this medication when I called to report my new issue, the NP told me to quit taking it. There was no discussion about me coming in, when my next appointment was, or an alternative medication. I spent weeks telling her how bad I was feeling but kept being told it was necessary for me to take this medication and then nothing.... At best this is not good care.

I had 2 scheduled follow up visits scheduled, Dr Conway cancelled the first appointment 1 week in advance because "she had rounds" the second visit I waited in the treatment room for an hour and she never showed, no one at the office told me anything while I waited in the room, I had to leave so I never saw the doctor. I work also Dr Conway and it would be nice if you recognized the importance of my time too. I had to request time off for both appointments. I will be changing Cardiologists. No follow up phone call made for the no show by Dr Conway

I am an RN and i worked with a 100 year old client of Dr. Conway's. Elderly cardiac disease is like a sea saw and things move up and down with medications and needs. Dr. Conway and her affiliates were always available to manage the situation when needed. There was an elaborate plan with options if this then that... My client eventually passed on in hospital with a cardiac event, but getting her independantly to age 101 was in a great deal due to. Dr. Conway's attentive care.

Dr Conway's was exemplary at first, but in the last 6 months, the care level has dropped significantly. Dr Conway put my mom on medication that landed her in the hospital. And was unavailable when my mom reached out to her. Apparently, on vacation. Then, Dr Conway put my mom on another medication which hasn't taken care of the hypertension. Now, she is recommending that my mom go back on the medication which landed her in the hospital, during which she had to have a pacemaker put in.
