Dr.Franks I love her she puts me in my place my friends bought tickets for The Rolling Stones concert and I told her I was going to back out of it and she gave me that look worse than telling me I had cancer and I knew I had to go.

Dr.Franks, was so kind. She never talked over my head. She told me what was going to happen. So I never had to guess. She and the Lord gave me my life back. I thank my God for her.

Unfortunately Dr. Franks has completely dropped the ball when handling my fathers oncology case. We have scans that have not been read in I’ve 4 months, a chemo order that she claims won’t change for 12 months, scans haven’t been ordered to follow up on new growth areas. She started by telling my father 6 months of chemo then radiation, at our 5 month appointment my father walked in and said ‘28 more days’ and she said ‘until what?’ She didn’t even know her own plan. We have no clue if the chemo is helping his cancer, which is why we keep our appointments to get some sort of update on scans from months back. We are told his lab work looks good and sent on our way every appointment. My heart hurts for patients that receive this type of neglectful care and don’t know any better. We will be switching and warning others about the type of care we have received.
