HORRIBLE
I came to the ER at 9:15 PM for an unexplained injury and left at 4:10 AM. After about 5 hours, I finally got a room however I waited for another hour for the doctor to come. I asked twice about how much longer I would need to wait, and the first I answer I got was that the doctor is slow. The second answer was just a shoulder shrug. While waiting, five people total (who were also waiting) left the hospital because they were tired of waiting, and no one had an answer as to what was happening. The doctor finally came in came in and…wasn’t helpful at all. She said she had no idea what was causing it and that she couldn’t do much. After waiting all night and 3 minutes with Dr. Goldman-Huertas, all I got from her was a “So what medication do you want me to prescribe you?” She started listing random medications. No idea what they were or why she was asking ME if she is the doctor. WORSE EXPERIENCE WITH A DOCTOR EVER.

Waited in the ER at Tri Point Hospital for 5 hours and she didn't come to see us at all. Stuff was very friendly (Mark and Corey, thank you), they run blood work for my daughter (post surgery issues), results came back, but dr Goldman never showed up. Finally, we decided to go home. I don't understand why is it called emergency care? I went there tonight and never again. Thank God, my daughter was OK.

Went to Tripoint ER with my 9 month old son who was running a fever of 103.7. Nurse gave him motrin and then a tech came in and said the doctor ordered xrays. I was put off by this since the doctor had not even come into the room and seen my son yet so I declined the xray. Nurse came back and did a COVID test which I expected with the pandemic and asked if the doctor came in yet, which she had not. After sitting in the room for over 3 hours and not seeing the doctor once to have my infant son checked out, his fever had come down the with motrin so I left. Worst service ever from a physician. How are you going to leave a baby sitting in a room for hours and not even come in once to check his ears, breathing, etc but you want to order an xray.

She talks to patients like they are children. Like we have no idea whats going on. She told us to “google her because she has bad reviews” and come to find that true. So i felt it fitting to leave one as well. She also seemed to blame a lot of things on her other staff members. Kind of making it seem like she was taking blame off herself onto others. Just felt very awkward and off putting. Just overall felt very uncomfortable in her care.

I came in to the ER with shortness of breath and she did a cardiac workup. Three hours later I'm discharged and she told me I wasn't having a heart attack and I could go home while still being short of breath. I now have a bill for over $1000. I called to complain and after a month of back and forth the hospital is saying I still have to pay. Terrible service from a terrible doctor. If you get stuck with her, ask to see someone else. Refuse her service. It's for the best.

Horrible! I saw Dr. Goldman-Huertas at UH Urgent Care on 4/22/16 for pain in my foot. A nurse came in, gave me 400mg of Ibuprofen. Then a tech came in and said the dr has ordered an X-ray for you. I thought it was strange that a dr who hasn't seen me yet ordered meds & a X-ray.When the Dr. came in she said you have tendonitis and i wouldn't have sent you for an X-ray if i had seen you 1st. Today I got a bill for $520 for an unneccessary X-ray. Unprofessional! No way I'm paying! Crappy doctoring!
