Annual Check-up
I waited over an hour and half, until I was called back. Once I was ready to be seen, 2 differ med students saw me. Dr. NEVER came to see. So when leaving I see the Doc. standing around laughing and talking. Bad bedside manners! My time was wasted and not valuable. Very disappointing, disrespectful as a patient.

The WORST
I hate everything about the SB Clinic and Dr. Heasley fits right in with my disdain. I have a regular 30 day prescription that I have called to request several times be changed to a 90 day prescription. The message is either never transferred and the prescription changed or she just doesn't care. I dread going to my appointments because of how rushed and late she is. It is almost always a 1-2 hrs long wait time in the general lobby and waiting room. I'm so glad she was not my OBGYN at my time of delivery.I am moving all of my doctor relationships over to Beacon. SB Clinic can kiss my a-. Bye!

Should’ve Read the Reviews
New patient appt, took 45 mins before she made an appearance. By then I had given a detailed history to (1) med assistant, and (1) other doctor “helping” Dr Heasley. Of course, I was tired of repeating myself and knew she was going to come in and ask all the same stuff….she was clearly busy, behind in seeing patients somehow at 9am, and she wanted to get me seen and out asap. Rushed the appt- rushed talking to me, rushed listening to me because she already had her next sentence lined up to say. I even had to ask her to repeat her suggestions for my concerns because she wasnt clear abt what we should do. I had to ask if I was free to leave after my exam cuz her and the helping doctor started chatting and left. I didnt even bother stopping to schedule labs or a follow-up. She’s terrible.

Does NOT listen
I was referred to Dr.Heasley after my previous Doctor left the practice. She was very short in her visits and did not listen. I went in for a visit after an assault and she was very minimal and rude about the situation. The whole experience was awful. I am not the sweet and bubbly type and do not need that from a provider, but I also need someone to be understanding of wanting to be checked after an event as such. That was not the case. Do better.

Rushes. Does not care
First time visit and wanted to ask questions overall about my pain I was having and have an IUD removal. Appt. Was extremely rushed and saw her for less than 5 minutes. I have never seen such lack of empathy or care from a physician in this field.

Made me feel safe and what I was doing was right. Gave me a lot of information and help on things I didn’t know and I was scared of. So happy with her

She is not trauma-informed. She has poor bedside manner. If you have any history of sexual trauma, do not see her. She will just stare at you if you express discomfort and refuses to make reasonable accommodations to minimize discomfort. During the appt, her nurse asked for the full medical history, and she asked similar questions that could have been answered by reviewing the chart. She barely answered questions and was rude overall, trying to rush the appt.
