The Best
My husband has Dementia so I am reviewing for him. Dr Kuo and her staff treat him with respect. They knew him before he loss his short term memory which helps them evaluate his situation. We called several times the first year of his dementia. We were always able to get an appointment that day or the next depending on the problem. Dr Kuo knows his whole history, medications and who he is seeing. When we are in her office she makes a point of addressing him with her questions and explainations for his care. I call her when another doctor changes his medications if the doctor does not know him as well to be sure their is no side effect we need to be aware of. She is a very caring doctor.

New physician
I spent close to 2 hours with Dr Kuo as a new patient going over my medical history, lab work and physical . She listened to everything I had to say and we discussed together a plan of action for things that needed to be addressed. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new physician.

Dr. Koy, DO, Internal Medicine
I found her to be extremely attentive to my health needs. Professional and caring, I spent almost 2 hours with her during my first visit. If you can’t come to her office, there is Telehealth, which she offers.

Disappointed, Rude
Very rude provider. Dr. Kuo did not have it together at my initial visit. As she steps out of my visit to loudly speak to her staff that she has to “sit there and listen to this old lady and all her problems, she is not in the mood for all of this” as the walls are very thin I can hear everything going on in the next room. If you do not like treating others as a primary provider stick to the basic task of just clearing people for surgery. Or get out of the medical field in general. Dr. Kuo was very rude to her staff as she knows if it wasn’t for them her business would not be running. Not to mention she states she would have to “google and gain more knowledge on my diagnosis and have to refer me out to another specialist” as I am already paying $1800 for a provider I chose not to see since my original Dr. Sneed retired and she took over his practice. Very disappointed! Do Better
