From the moment I entered the office till I left, I was treated with respect in a very pleasant manner from all involved. Dr. Lash listened carefully to my concerns at my annual wellness visit and offered excellent advice. She is one of the best docs I have ever had

Dr. Lash was and is a new and wonderful addition to our medical team. She provides warm and caring presence.

My ideal doctor combines expertise and humanity. Dr. Lash embodies both. She is warm, caring, and knowledgeable. I feel incredibly lucky to have her as my PCP.

Dr Lash was incredibly empathetic to my concerns. As I am a person who does extensive research on issues that impact me, I am always concerned that providers might be less than happy to let me be a equal partner when looking at my medical concerns. Dr lash discussed my issues with knowledge of her own but was also receptive to carefully listening to my opinions and research on my own physical and psychological conditions and self. I felt seen as an individual who could participate in own health intelligently and not just a person in a time slot. I appreciate that a patient can be considered a collaborator in their own health issues. A rare find.

In a word OUTSTANDING; hands down the best PCP I have ever had--EVER!! I do not know what I would do if she moved out away from here but I do know that if she moved within 100 miles I'd be willing to drive to Boston or NY to keep her as my PCP. She WILL go the extra mile to sort out medical issues even if they are very confounding and she doesn't stop researching and questioning until the condition is either resolved or she finds just the right specialist to see you; then she remains a key part of the healthcare team with the specialist. I am SO fortunate that when I decided to change practices she was one of the PCP taking new patients. She has made a marked and tangible positive change in my overall health and wellbeing. Those who are under her wise and knowledgeable care are fortunate indeed.

Dr. Lash was one of the best doctors that I ever had. She is knowledgeable, patient, kind and really takes the time to listen and seek out solutions. I'm very sad to learn that she is no longer in California and I cannot return to her.

As a trans person, I have never received such comprehensive, compassionate, and competent healthcare as I have from Dr. Lash. She is amazing. The entire staff at Oxbow Primary makes me feel safe and welcome every visit.
