Good Ext
I saw Dr. Lombard for the first time, and it was a good experience. She was relaxed but actively listened to me, and her bedside manner was great. I felt like she heard me, and asked the right questions to better understand me. I’d feel comfortable going to her with issues!

Relieved
I initially went for a consult (new patient), but ended up having an overdue pap. I was impressed with Dr. Lombard’s bedside manner and her positive energy that puts you at ease. She is gentle, professional and thorough. She happily answered my questions and reiterated the game plan for the next two years. Another great addition to the Ascension group.

Based upon my first visit, today, I found Dr. Lombard to be considerate, knowledgeable and compassionate. I appreciated that she actually read my chart before entering the exam room so she could get right to the point of my visit. She asked me pertinent questions and made recommendations for more follow up. She answered my questions with hesitation. All in all, I found Dr. Lombard’s manner to be a good combination of no nonsense professionalism (without being detached) and reassurance.
