1st time and absolutely love Dr. Lott. She was caring and attentive and listened to me and answered all my questions and did not rush! And she asked me if I was ok with what her plan was! She was easy to talk to! Made me feel comfortable being there!! Great bedside manners!

Dr. Lott is very knowledgeable as well as compassionate and I have seen her through some times of poor health when she could explain what the specialist could not. The whole staff there is great. In an emergency, I have always been able to get in to see an nurse practitioner or another doctor which is a wonderful plus.
