Dr. Emily Morrison, DO

Rude and condescending. Interrupted my partner and I multiple times through the interview. Bedside manner was very lacking. Felt rushed and had to repeat things back several times.

I wish I could give a 0/5 stars. Never met a more unprofessional health professional. Didn’t attend to my current issues and dismissed my past medical history. Do not recommend this doctor.

Dr. Emily is knowledgeable, kind, and cares genuinely. There literally is not a better doctor around.

I went to Urgent Care with my daughter for a sinus infection and she was rude, confrontational and unhappy about the state of the medical profession. She questioned why we hadn’t returned to the Urgent Care we had gone to earlier in the week (my daughter was flying out and they were closing and hour earlier than Benefis so we chose to go there) and sarcastically asked if there were doctors where my daughter was flying. We explained she had recently moved and didn’t have a primary provider yet and the urgent care options near her would mean she would have a 4 hour wait. She scoffed and said it was same here in Montana which isn’t true. She was rude from start to finish and totally uninterested in my daughter as a patient or person. The whole visit felt like an interrogation. I would not recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Morrison is amazing. Listens well. Treats patients with respect and gives good advice! Would absolutely return to see her anytime:)

Rude and no help.

She is rude and unprofessional. My autistic child had three seizures and she sent him home in an hour with ativan shots like total 6mg of ativan. He was drowsy and sleeping and she was like go home kiddo. We are done. This is unacceptable. Seizures can cause heart attacks. Coma, or stroke.
