I never felt rushed Dr. Ngan always made me feel heard, which really helped ease any anxiety I had. She explained everything in detail, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Her compassionate approach, along with her expertise, made me feel confident I was in the best hands. If you’re looking for an OB-GYN who truly listens and puts you at ease, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Ngan!

Good advice
I saw Dr. Ngan throughout my pregnancy. She is knowledgeable and thorough and is very personable and approachable. She was able to answer all my questions and give good advice. I would recommend her.

Made up stuff and didn't know the facts
Dr. Ngan seems nice but needs to be more professional. She made up things during my appointments and said things that were straight not true. She needs to fact check her speech and review her knowledge. I do not recommend her.

Wasn't for me
Dr. Ngan isn't the most compassionate or friendly person. I visited her two times at the beginning of my pregnancy and felt as if she had a universal pregnancy checklist to complete. The care was thorough but did not seem specific to me. She is efficient and will get you in and out quickly. For me personally, I didn't feel comfortable and needed a provider who was more approachable.
