Dr Rae is a kind, compassionate, caring person who listens to me, takes my thoughts into consideration. She is always willing to try something different and goes out of her way to help her patients. She knows what she is doing and is always up to date with my other medical issues. You couldn't ask for anyone nicer to help you through some tough times.

We encountered several GHS psychiatrist's during my son's MH struggles...Dr. Rae is not only extremely intelligent, she is kind, compassionate, willing to listen to your ideas, addresses concerns, empowers, and is likely the best psychiatrist Gundersen has on its team!

Dr. Rae-Stuart is the best psychiatrist I've ever interacted with, and she was my seventh attempt at seeing someone. She is incredibly respectful and willing to listen to my thoughts and opinions, including when I've found a medication or therapy option that I want to explore. She also has kept me on as a patient for six years now, even though she transferred many of her other patients when she began working at the inpatient unit at Gundersen, and even though I am no longer under 18.
