Cold, uncaring attitude with my mother. Questioned her diagnosis and made notes indicating that symptoms were not present even though she only saw her via Zoom and couldn’t have seen these things that way. Copied and pasted the previous dr’s notes and presented them as her own even though she did not do a physical exam.
