AVOID!!

Very unfriendly staff and Doctor .

Spent all the time I needed, answered all my questions, even gave me a patient advocate to call anytime

Fantastic! He is an active listener, recommends course of action, great follow through, very though, attentive, and responds appropriately to questions. I am so glad I have him as my doctor. I have great confidence in him and his staff.

First visit, sat for 1 hour past visit time with no explanation of why late and no apology. Office is run-down and equipment used is outdated (as compared to other facilities). Staff gave me and x-ray referral and I asked several times where I could go to get x-ray. I was told each time, "anywhere there is x-ray" so when I went to a nearby x-ray facility they told me Dr. Prieto is not in there system and could not perform x-ray. So I wasted my entire time off going to an x-ray facility here in Sebastian to wait an 1 hour to find out Dr. Prieto is not even in their system (again, after being concerned where to go being told "anywhere") So here I set upset and no x-ray. This group obviously does not cater to the working persons that need clear and solid guidance because let's see... we work and don't have all day to Jack Around. I would only recommend this Dr. to people that don't care about their time or energy, and don't mind getting misinformation. good luck!

I just moved here in July 2022 and I didn't know any doctors in the area, I had my last PCP for over 30 years in Massachusetts. I tried Dr. Prieto because he had good reviews. I ignored the reviews about billing issues because I feel they should be worked out between the patient and their insurance company. I was interested in care only. I found that the reviews were right. Dr. Prieto is very down-to-earth yet knowledgeable, professional, and very caring. His nurse Maria is top notch and his NP Jose is also good.

Dr. Prieto is so easy to talk to. He's intelligent and you get the feeling he's really hearing you. He explains things and reasons thing out with you rather than giving orders. He explains what's happening with your health and your body.

This doctor can ignore your needs for an appointment, but don't miss your appointment or you get fined $30. If you disagree and don't pay, the doctor will no longer treat you. Dropping diabetics needs with no warning.

This office will put money in front of your health. I didnt even receive a bill and was told my appointment would be cancelled if it were not paid. This wasn't even for a well visit but a follow up from the hospital. The day they scheduled my appointment was the day they sent the bill.

Dr Prieto is an excellent dr,he listens to you and cares about a diagnosis and treatment,his staff communication skills needs improvement.

Worked with Dr Prieto in the hospital setting, extremely knowledgeable and caring toward his patients. Great at communicating with Health Care staff while patients are hospitalized. This is why he is my doctor, he listens, explains, and offers options on treatments. I send all my friends and family his way because I trust him with their care and health.

Dr. Prierto is very qualified, knowledgeable, kind, caring, efficient, patient, and truly cares about his patients. He is a 10!! He is everything I need in an internist. We just moved here. Wish I would have had him as my doctor years ago!

You won't find a better Doctor. Very dedicated. Great bedside manner. Very knowledgeable, keeps up with the latest. Been his patient for15 years. Can't say enough good things about him.

Dr Prieto is very attentive and interactive when discussing your health concerns. Knowledgeable about a variety of health issues.
