I saw Dr. Ascher one time on 8/19/2021. I was diagnosed with stage 4-5 vein ...issue. Lymphodema too, leg ulcers in both legs. Had a sonogram with 3 women in a room. Long story short Dr & STAFF all unprofessional. Booking me for future appt's for treatments on my leg WITHOUT any ins approval yet refused to sign paperwork for my for my job. Insurance co confirmed not 1 request for any authorization was ever submitted to any database. Please, do NOT go to this office. He's a double dipper, arrogant individual & should have his license revoked & staff more seasoned! Absolutely run!!!!

Dr. Ascher's clinic is an amazing office where you are able to get one on one time with the doctor without having to deal with a hospital. Dr. Ascher is an outstanding physician, who is very knowledgeable about this field and cares about each and everyone of his patients. He will talk you through your condition and explain every procedure if needed. You will only leave happy with your results. Dr. Ascher's fellow colleagues; Dr. Marks, Dr. Hingorani and the NP Eleanor Iadgarova are as knowledgeable about vascular issues and everyone is ready to collaborate and help any patient. This office has friendly staff all around; from the people at the front desk, to sonographers and medical assistants. You will feel happy that you chose this clinic. I am happy to have been here and been introduced to these people in my life.

Really great staff all very welcoming and accommodating. Was nervous about going in for an appointment but the doctor & staff explained everything thoroughly and made me feel at ease for the procedure I will need on varicose veins (was told the dr. does about 15 of these procedures a day!). Easy to book an appointment and was seen quickly.

Dr. Ascher is an excellent doctor. He is the type of doctor who makes sure the patients wants and needs are also heard. He is very knowledgeable in his field, has been in practice for a while and wouldnt trust any one else with any of my vascular problems! I definitely recommend coming to see him, he is a very busy guy (no surprise there) but well worth the wait.

Dr Enrico Ascher is Experienced, Knowledgeable and Caring. Where most MDs rush patients in-and-out, Dr. Enrico Ascher takes time to uncover all areas pertaining to the issue, carefully evaluates and then presents options and various recommendations that best suite my situation. I have been to several vascular surgeons over the past 20 years and Dr. Ascher is by far the most knowledgeable. He and his Office Manager followed up via phone call to make sure everything is alright and to remind me of my next appointment. I will be seeing Dr. Ascher again. Overall Excellent

I have been a patient of Total Vascular Care / Vascular Institute of New York and Dr Ascher for years and can only say good tings about him, his team of doctors and staff. This is the ONLY place in Brooklyn where patients can get world class vascular care with appointments available 7 days a week! The office is super modern, spotless clean and equipped with top of the line modern diagnostic ultrasound machinery. All staff are attentive and caring, professional and nice. They are performing most of vascular procedures for veins and arteries right there as the office is a fully accredited surgical center. I had my venous procedures done in the office and very happy after, my legs swelling, pain and heaviness are gone! I've read some negative reviews about this practice and totally disagree. Yes, sometimes I had to wait for sonograms and doctor's evaluation but would anyone would trust a doctor with empty waiting room and practice that is not busy? Also, every visit I had basically includ

Very poor bedside manners for all the doctors in the group. The receptionists are very unfriendly as are the medical assistants. There are one or two people that work in this office that are friendly.
