It has been impossible to schedule an appointment or reach anyone in the office. Their voicemail is full and I need medication refills for my child asap. Not sure what is going on, but this is not like him. I hope we get a hold of him soon!

Dr. Balcos did not show up for my tele-health appt with him today. His office does not answer the phone, it says messages are full. Does not answer emails or texts. I need my medicine desperately. Dr. Balcos is missing. His website is still accepting appts. Such a nice doctor, but this is terrible.

Didn't respond to on-line appointment today at 10:15a. Additionally, office staff is unprofessional and act like they're doing you a favor. Dr is inaccessible at best. As of today, vmail is full and sign is on the floor of office building.

Dr. Balcos and his office are not answering phones (mailbox full), not responding to texts or emails either. He has missed several scheduled and booked telehealth appointments. I have been without my medication for weeks and the weening off them have been horrendous. Trying to find a new doctor has been difficult. Honestly, I hope he is OK.

Horrible psychiatrist. He was rude and unprofessional. Wasted my time and money while trying to come here and get a prescription refilled. I told him my situation and was unhelpful and didn't care. He didn't prescribe me anything. Stay away from this "doctor", and be aware that there are a lot of people who have written terrible reviews about Dr. Enrico Balcos

Many doctors made me go to therapy while taking medication and I found it to be extremely difficult to keep up with on a weekly basis. This is what caused me to stop taking medication previously. I appreciate that Dr Balcos explains everything clearly, is willing to take my life needs into consideration because other doctors wouldnt even consider my work and life schedule.
My life is greatly improved. Im so happy I came across Dr Balcos.

Dr. Balcos has provided great care with patience, great communication, and accessibility. He was the only one who diagnosed me correctly as well - something my past 4 doctors had not been able to do.
I highly recommended him for behavioral health needs of anyone.
