Super ocupado y NO se toma el tiempo para conocer y escuchar a sus pacientes. Si lo cuestionan sobre algo o tienen preguntas el dr se ofende. Un paciente educado sobre su salud y medicinas es un gran peligro y amenaza para el. NO lo recomiendo, es mejor buscar a un DOCTOR que de verdad le importen sus pacientes y NO solamente lucrar con los aseguros. El mira pacientes como si fueran simbolos de dinero.

Dr scheduled checkups every 3 months. Terrible policy is costing Medicare excess expenses. Looking for another provider.

I have never been treated so poorly at a doctor's office ever in my life! They have the worse front office staff as they are not only rude but are also not ever willing to help they only tell you what they can NOT do for you instead of trying to help you. All I called for was for a referral that the doctor (or PA) advised that I would receive but I never received a phone call or anything like that. I called today and the rep was extremely rude and hung up on my call!

It's the worse doctors office l have ever been to. You never see the real doctor only his PAs. They schedule several at the same time to collect as much as he can financially but had no concern about the patient. According to their hours, they close at 5 but the answering service answers at 4:30 and you can't get past that. Horrible service...

The medical assistant who does the triage is very rude and unprofessional. She always has mad face on. The staff takes forever to work on prior authorizations for medications and never return calls. The receptionist in the front doesn't even look like she knows what she is doing and look like she just got out of bed and went to work. They never approve medication refills. WORSE STAFF EVER!!!!!!!!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!. If i could give them 1/2 a star i would!!!!!!!

I am a patient of the Doctor and his staff of Practitioners. When I have a doctor's appointment the Medical attention is excellent. I have been there to get treated for arthritis in my hips, ear infections, high blood pressure and high cholesterol conditions. The problem at Guajira's Family Clinic is the office staff. They are rude and in foul moods most of the time. They do not answer the phone and if they do happen to answer they may put you on hold and never come back to follow up on the call. Dr. Griego needs to address the deficiencies with his staff and improve the overall service of his practice.

WORSE "DOCTOR'S" CARE EVER !!! THE FRONT OFFICE AND THE MANAGER NEVER NEVER ANSWER! Will be reporting to the bbb also will be on social media to advise people of the horrible service! They should be careful with the treatment of patients due to possible negligence on their behalf !!!

Waiting on a pregnancy result, we were told to call back after 4:30 pm. Called back at 4:32 and got a person from an answering service telling us that at 4:30 they get the calls from the doctor's office although they close at 5. Explained that this is by instructions from the doctor to call at that time and were told that they cannot transfer to clinic, even though they still showed to be open until 5 pm. Due to health concerns this information is needed and upon following instructions we find that normally that time is the time that calls get routed out. Giving these instructions was unprofessional, disheartening, and frustrating when said pregnancy could come with health complications or concerns. A night of uncertainty is harsh when the doctor or clinic could simply have said "we will try today, however, tomorrow we will let you know if you don't hear from us today". That would give peace of mind for many reasons. Please be more aware of your own procedures.

I started seeing the PA Benito Lopez last March of 2018. I feel very satisfied with Benito. He cares about his patients and is dedicated to our wellbeing. I’m so happy with his treatment. He has gotten my diabetes under control and i no longer take insulin. I use to take 3 different types of insulin and pills and this was seeing an endocrinologist. So yes I will only see Benito at Dr Griego’s office and would like him at the Mcallen office more available.

In addition to his office staff being rude, their lack of willingness to help is mind boggling. Requesting a note or their assistance in completing FMLA paperwork for employers is apparently too much to ask. We have mailed and faxed formal requests for this and tried calling the office for assistance. All we get is a voicemail and no phone calls back. Would not recommend this physician or office to anyone! If I could leave zero stars, I would.

By far the worst Dr. Experience. Staff is not helpful at all!

Not thorough at all! Very disappointed after waiting almost 3 hours for 5 minutes of a PA's time. Office dirty, messy, in a disarray. Good indicator of their level of care. EDINBURG location.
