They were all very patient and listened attentively to my concerns and needs. The employees at the front desk set the tone for the entire experience with their positive attitude and welcoming smiles. Marilet, Daisy, Isabel, Patient care, massage therapist - these ladies are truly a force to be reckoned with. They made me feel comfortable, stress-free, and most importantly, relaxed with my mind at ease. Alejandra, the Office Manager, deserves special recognition. She was honest, straightforward, understanding, and incredibly helpful. Her clear communication ensured that I understood every step of the process, and she encouraged me to ask as many questions as I needed. Alejandra took care of me from beginning to end, making her the best Office Manager I've come across. The surgical team also deserves high praise for their ability to put a smile on my face even before the anesthesia kicked in. The best doctor all around! Not only do I love my results, he is very nice and personable. When you call and need to talk to him he is reachable and answers any questions. He is an artist! Thank you so much doctor!

I had two procedures. The first went well. The second…not so much. I realize plastic surgeons cannot guarantee results but my main issue with Dr. hanabergh is that he was not there for me post-op and I had a significant issue. He actually sent his receptionist to meet me at the office to see me. Really?? I later found out he took days off because his wife had a planned, scheduled c-section. He should’ve told me about that and given me the opportunity to decide if I wanted to reschedule or not. Not only was he not available but he didn’t have another physician covering for him. The fact that I had a problem on my very first post op day and the fact that he just stopped returning my calls had led me to seek legal counsel. My left breast is STILL hurting and it’s totally deformed. I have only a small section of areola and the nipple is a mess! To say he’s breached the standard of care and ignored his post op responsibility to me is an understatement. Be careful where u go!!

Dr. Hannabergh has been courteous and timely in responding to my questions and concerns both before and after my surgery. He is very knowledgeable with amazing bedside manner. I have nothing but good things to say about him and would quickly recommend him to anyone in need of his services. I am recovering smoothly from my breast augmentation and ab lipo...both of which have gotten plenty of compliments from the massage therapists who have done my drainage massages and are familiar with lots of work. If I were ever to have surgery again,I would without a doubt go to Dr. H.

Had consultation with this Dr. he has great bedside manner answered all my questions to the point that I can see he was not just in it for the money. He is professional, seems honest with a little humor which I liked. The staff was very courteous in person and via email. New private office is elegant,clean & spacious.
