Dr. Eri Gibb, DO

Great Dr. I really don't understand some of the reviews. She always listens and I never feel rushed. I recommend her to many of my friends that we have meet.

I went to Dr. Gibb a couple of weeks ago. I was stuck in the exam room for quite some time. Her assistant took my temp and said that I had a fever of over 100. Every one went into full covid mode and I was made to wait and to submit to a covid test. I'm fully vaccinated and have no symptoms. I didn't feel good before I left for my appt so I took my temp. 97.5. I gave her a lot of info about my initial visit but she didn't hear a word I said. She made me drink a lot of water after I told her that I'd hypo hydrated before and had severe vomiting. She wanted a urine sample. Not being able to pee is why I was there. When she finally did come into the room she was gowned, masked and shielded. I couldn't understand a word she said. After I finally left the clinic I had to pull my car over twice in order to vomit. When I got home I took my temp again and it was 97.4. So, NO! I definitely would not recommend her or ever want to see her again!

I love Dr. Gibb. She is a great Dr. and a good listener.

She doesn’t do anything and relies on bloodwork. No physical checking and has ordered the wrong amount of prescription repeated

Not very friendly, struggled with being personable and seemed rushed. I felt bad that I could not remember some of my medical history when and asked but was glad my husband was with me. Dr. Gibbs completely ignored him and continued to ask me questions. We were both taken back by her abruptness and indifference. Dr. Gibbs is Japanese and perhaps this behavior is common within the culture. If you are a doctor reading this, keep in mind that some of your patients may be retired doctor's. Just treat everyone with respect as though they may be a former colleague.

Physicians should always be respectful, personable, great listeners, not rushed and empathetic to the concerns of their patients. They should never be arrogant, condescending or disrespectful. This is a code of conduct that has been expected of all health care professionals over the last 35 years. Doctors who lack these skill sets will lose patients to other doctors. Furthermore, these patients will not recomend their former doctor to family or friends. Professionally speaking, I would rate Dr. Gibb at 2.5 stars.

A doctor who does not pay attention to the wishes of her patient.Very poor rude service! She refused to examine me because I didn’t take her medicine ( I told her that these drogs act badly on me)

Just moved to Mesquite recently and needed a new family MD. Met with Dr Gibb today (11/27/19). She was very personable, patient and attentive. I have a long and complicated medical history. She listened well and offered accurate medical advice.
