I had an 'eyelid lift'. My only 'complaint' would be that I did not anticipate how blury my vision would be. I was told I could return to work in a couple of days- It took 2-3 weeks to clear up. (unusual I understand- but still unprepared. Food, rides, etc.) Aside from that the experience was wonderful. Dr. Cole and staff outstanding.

Eye Lid Surgery

-I was concerned about safety because the skin cancer was so close to my eye. -Dr. Cole assured me I was safe, and the procedure went smoothly. -Follow up has been suggested to completely remove the residual cancer cells. Scheduling is in progress. -Dr. Cole and staff were all very courteous and professional.

Necessary to limit air exposure to inside of my eyelid (and eye). 1. Reattachment of upper eyelid tendon (very successful) 2. 'Tightening' of lower eyelid (very successful)

Dr. Cole and his staff and medical surgery staff were the best of professional excellence. The procedure was explained thoroughly and was conducted seamlessly. The follow-up process has been a positive and welcomed experience. I was Debilitated by an excessive watering in left eye and reduced vision by drooping eyelids. I desired to eliminate the watering, clear the tear-duct and improve my eyesight. The outcome has proven successful thus far.

Front office is a '10'. Dr. Cole is good, but at times busy. I think he has the experience and skill to fix my ectropion problem, but this is his second shot and local anesthetic was very uncomfortable. Still waiting to see how outcome is. Third surgery, second with Dr. Cole, usually takes 6-12 months to determine success/failure.

I had lost 84 percent field of vision in one eye and 52 percent in the other. Dr. Cole fixed it perfectly. Recovery was uncomfortable for 3 weeks, as one would expect with any surgery. Dr. Cole and his staff are superbly competent, informative, considerate, well-mannered and just plain nice. Superb Staff- personable, informative, prompt, nice, helpful.

Good experience @ all appointments. Everything was explained and on time.

the entire staff were kind, knowledgeable, and made me very comfortable with the procedure. I was bruised but that is visual. I healed well. Now I have my peripheral vision back. I am grateful.

Friendly staff wow! wow! Best ever! Not used to this good of treatment. I am glad they had the time.

I love the results. I am trying to get my wife to get a full blown facelift. She does not want it and it's uncomfortable to tell her she needs it. I am hoping Dr. Cole can convince her. He is very persuasive and I will pay for it. Cost is not a concern. I would appreciate any help I can get convincing her. My class reunion and my pride wants this.

Arrogant and non-communicative. When a surgeon is approaching a patient for ANY medical procedure, at the very least that surgeon needs to address the patient by name, introduce himself, and explain what’s about to take place. That’s cover-your-behind 101. My husband went through a blepharoplasty at this clinic and for all of the communication from the doctor, he couldn’t know whether it was the surgeon or the custodian approaching him with a bunch of needles, a cautery, and a scalpel. Especially when the patient is awake, communication is BASIC. Absolutely appalling. I was a veterinary technician and we did a better job of communicating with our surgical patients. If this doctor just wants to deal with cosmetic patients, he should stop accepting referrals for medical procedures.
