Doesn’t care about his patients
My mother was his patient for well over 15 years. She had a UTI and was hospitalized. She later developed COVID either from the ER or her follow up visit with Dr. Enriquez. During the follow-up she had developed a slight cold and he said to bring her in if she developed a fever. I took her back 5 days later because she had a fever, he turned her away because he had seen all his walk-ins for the day. I ended up taking her to the ER the next day and she died from COVID Pneumonia 10 days later. Had Dr. Enriquez at least checked my mother for COVID when we came in for the follow up or at least seen her the day he turned her away, maybe she could’ve had a chance to at least take PAXLOVID and possibly would’ve lived. He never even called when she was hospitalized nor did he call when she died. I am very very disappointed in his services. Most importantly because she trusted him so much with her health.
