Rhinoplasty
Initially I trusted Dr. Hisaka, but after 2 failed attempts to correct my septum and fix the tip of my nose, I have no bridge left and a severely drooping tip. He even tried to manually manipulate the misplaced cartilage which was extremely painful. I am left with a complete collapse on one side and unable to breath properly. He avoided me many times and never offered to give me my money back for 2 failed procedures. I have seen other Doctors and my insurance won't cover the mess he made.

Horrible and unprofessional doctor. I had a arranged to have a tip rhinoplasty done by him since the tip of my nose is crooked, and he shaved down my dorsal hump and tried to correct the asymmetry by dragging my tip to the other side with stitches. The tip of my nose is still deviated as the cartilage inside is deviated, however Dr. Hisaka didn't fix this even though I told him all about it after being evaluated by an ENT. He gaslit me and told me "You are obsessing over it too much. Just go out and live your life." after I told him I was unhappy since the tip of my nose wasn't fixed and that was my primary concern and reason for the procedure. He told me I'd need a revision rhinoplasty just 2 weeks after having the procedure because he knew he messed up. He then said he would give me a call, and I still haven't heard from him and have tried to contact him but he has ghosted me. Dr Hisaka is incapable of doing advanced procedures and will ghost you if you aren't happy with the results.

Very disappointing operation. I did chin implant remove operation 2 months ago. Before the operation, doctor said the scar inside mouth could be disappear in one month and chin muscle could be recover in 6 weeks. But now I still have the following problems:1.my lower lip still has the numbness issue(There is no numbness issue before this operation, doctor mentioned the numbness because during removal the right side got stuck, need up to 3 month to recover) 2. The scar inside my mouth is ugly and the area of right side scar sometimes has a feeling of prickling pain 3. My chin still feels tight and dragging, I could not speak as normal. It affects my life a lot!
