Dr. Eric Lao, MD

I took my mother in as a new patient to see Dr. Lao during some complex circumstances with her health and prior providers. He was willing to work with her around it all and absolutely wonderful. He came highly recommended by her friend. First visit , He was really focused upon my mother and what she shared, said, felt. He was open and fair when I addressed some concerns & questions that were outside the box. She adored him and has remained with him. He will always at least listen to what you wish to say or ask. Dr. Lao is not ego centric, he believes the patient knows their body too. He has taken careful and considerate steps in my moms care. We ( the family are all grateful for Dr. Lao's thorough and compassionate care for our mother. His staff is always wonderful and really work hard. They are competent, patient and on top of their game. It's worth its weight in gold to be able to trust your doctor and team. It's a happy 5 stars from us !

DR ERIC LAO IS NOT ONLY A VERY WELL RESPECTED DOCTOR BUT GOES THE EXTRA MILEOR SHOULD I SAY ON A SCALE OF 1-10 HE IS A 11.MY FAMILY INCLUDING MY WIFE AND CHILDREN WILL TRAVEL 30 PLUS MILES OR APPROXIMATELY A 45 MINUTE DRIVE JUST FOR A ANNUAL CHECK-UP NEVER MIND ANYTHING MORE SERIOUS. HE FOLLOWS UP AT THE END OF HIS DAY TO CHECK UP ON US IF THERE IS ANYTHING SERIOUS HAPPENING.. i WISH WE HAD MORE DOCTORS LIKE HIM.DR LAO MEDICAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF IS LIKE A FAMILY RERUN WHEN WE MEET AT THE OFFICE I WOULD ALSO RATE THEM AN 11.IT IS TOO BAD WE CANNOT CLONE DOCTORS LIKE DR LAO BECAUSE WE CAN CERTAINLY CAN USE MORE OF THEM.IN ADDITION, WHEN WE WERE SICK AND COULD NOT VISIT IN PERSON, WE DID A TELEHEALTH COMMUNICATION.

Dr Lao is a caring person and an excellent doctor. He was able to talk to my husband about his diagnosis with care and understanding. Doctor Lao connected with his patients and answered all the questions we had.
