Late and forgot meds
He was 75 minutes late for a follow up. He was 2 hrs late for the initial. No explanation. He failed to send in scripts before going on a personal vacation leaving my son without meds. He then lied about this- despite the system having time stamps showing he did nothing.

forgot to refill child's meds
We had an appointment with him in which he was 90 minutes late. He was distracted throughout the session. He acted like he was refilling meds but the pharmacy never received them. He said he sent them and argued with us. Finally, he sent them with the pharmacy time-stamping the order. He still lied and said he sent them the day of the appointment despite the time stamp showing he did not.
