What a waste of time!
Went to urgent care walk-in because of sports related arm pain and bruising of tricep. Dr there ordered x ray then said looks like possible tendon tear, recommended following up with orthopedic, get an mri,, they arranged dr manoff. He tested my strength, my mobility, looked at x ray and basically sent me on my way , nothing to be concerned with, just a “strain” come back in 4 wks if not better. No mri needed he said unless x ray showed the need , contrary to walk walk in had said. How wrong! After not getting better , saw my pcp, he ordered mri, showing a perforation and a grade 2 tricep strain. Now going to another orthopedic to see what needs to be done. Further evaluation including an mri should of been done by dr manoff!

I am 76 and didn’t receive the guidance I needed
I went for a broken ankle. After an Xray the Dr spent just a couple of minutes, just saying ice it, elevate it and the girl would give me a boot. Nothing about how often or how long to ice it, if I could walk, etc. He left and the girl said come back in 4 weeks. By the next day my ankle was extremely swollen and pressure on the bone was truly unbearable, even before the straps. I called the office on Mon. for appt. to ask the Dr some questions. The receptionist said he was away until Wed. and No, I am not allowed to see another Dr. After pleading for help, Amanda called me and said I have to put up with “the discomfort”. I explained and asked if there was another option. She said No. So I soaked my foot in a bucket with iced water and elevated it for most of the day but boot was still very painful the next day. I called back and Nancy, another PA, was very understanding saying I could go in for an ankle brace. Finally relief until I could find a Dr who took time to guide me correctly!!

I never wait very long. He took the time to explain things clearly. He effectively communicated my case and treatment. I am very satisfied with the results of my surgery and would highly recommend Dr. Manoff to anyone who needed treatment for a knee injury. At a time where fewer and fewer providers accept Federal Workers Comp cases it was of great benefit to have him accept my case and provide treatment. Highest recommendation.

The office staff was warm and welcoming. I got in within 5 minutes of arriving and saw Dr. Manoff about 10 minutes later. He was very nice and shared a PT plan for me to follow.

not impressed in any way with Dr Manoff..Cancelled one appointment the day of and then kept me waiting so long at the rescheduled appt, that I actually walked out. My time is valuable and there is no reason that I should have to wait over an hour for an appt. Either disorganization or complete disregard for your time. More likely they overbook to make sure that they maximize profits and just dont care if you have to wait because most people wont question it. They also tried to force me to have an xray that was unnecessary because they do it in office and can charge insurance even more and get an extra copay.
