COMPLETE EXCELLENCE & UNCANNY CLINICAL JUDGMENT
Every facet of Dr Tabor's practice is outstanding. The atmosphere, accommodations, front office staff, nurses and Dr. Tabor. He has an uncanny ability to recognize possible malignancies. I have not seen him for any cosmetic issues. I am a physician and surgeon who travels from Florida specifically to see Dr. Tabor - that's enough said!

ANGRY
I was a patient for many years. After my last visit, which I left in tears due to a flippant remark regarding a troubling condition, I decided to find another dermatologist. For the past 6+ years, I had a troubling lesion on my scalp for which he zapped with liquid nitrogen. The lesion continue to reappear. My new dr did a total body search for lesions and when the scalp lesion was observed performed a biopsy. It is basil cell carcinoma!. I am livid! My new dr found many precancerous lesions on my body. Dr. Tabor totally blew it. I didn't know he is NOT a board certified dermatologist

I was seen immediately after my arrival in The Madisonville Office. The staff was pleasant and efficient. Dr. Tabor saw me as soon as I was played in an examination room and handled my medical issue with knowledge, skill and a positive result.

I have received once before from someplace else and was a little nervous because I did not like the way it made me look. Dr. Tabor took his time, explained to me in detail every step of the process, and I look a good ten years younger!

I received a rude letter about a $25 bill. I have been a patient well over 15 years and always paid my bills for me and my child at this office. Talked to to office manger about the letter and she sent me to the billing office manager. She said they sent me a statement and attempted to call me and left a message. I’m not upset about the bill it was the approach that was taken. Yes it was close to 90 days past due. I paid when I went to the visit they just didn’t charge me enough. First off we just went through a pandemic and yes I probably over looked it just like they did over looked my coverage verification. I am sure I will just establish care with a new dermatologist. They have enough patients to care if they loose 3 and yes I paid the $25 dollars??

I have been to the Slidell office at least 5 times for the same skin condition. Each time I saw a different nurse practitioner with only seeing Dr Tabor once. My skin conditions have continued over the past 2 year and each time, they put me on different medications that do not seem to work. I will be going to another physician. I do not feel my issues have been addressed and they rush you in and out of the office.

It was my first visit. I have never had anything burned off of me before. When I showed Dr. Tabor a spot on my arm that I was concerned about, instead of telling me what he was going to do, he just stuck this can up to my arm and pulled a trigger. It hurt, but hurt more because he did not prepare me and I was not expecting that. He just seemed very nonchalant and made no attempt to talk to me about what was going on. I just feel he could have handled my first visit with him better.

Myself and now my child has a patient of Dr Tabor for 5 years. I was extremely offended when I called to reschedule a cancelled appt to hear that I was required to prepay. She said I missed 3 appts? Not true, 2 were cancelled and beyond my control. Child running high fever, parent suffering another stroke. The alleged 3rd appt was never made. I waited over 1 1/2 hours for the 2 treatment special that lasted 20 min including the 3 times she left to get supplies. Very disappointed.
