Ecstatic with my new shoulder.
Eight weeks ago, I had Dr Wagner replaced my left shoulder . I’m ecstatic with the results. Currently I’m in PT, as I’m regaining Flexibility, motion, and strength I can see the progress week after week. He and his staff were caring and professional.

Total Disaster
I'm writing this review on the one year anniversary of a disastrous surgery performed by Eric Wagner. I saw Dr. Wagner because I injured my shoulders weight training. I did have arthritis in both shoulder from over 50 years of lifting weights, however even after the latest injury I still had excellent strength and range of motion. I didn't want the shoulder replacement that Dr Wagner wanted to do, so after seeing the range of motion I had he said he could just 'clean it up' and it would be fine. It was not! It took 6 month of PT just to be able to extend arm to open a door or shake a hand. The true 'insult to injury' was when he said that procedure has an extremely low success rate and that he normally would not do it on anyone over 30 yrs old, and citing his only good outcome was on a 18 yr old... I was 71 at that time. Why would he even suggest a surgery to me if he knew it wasn't going help, moreover make it exponentially worse. What happen to ' Do No Harm'

Superb !
I had a reverse total shoulder replacement 1 yr before seeing Dr Wagner . Shoulder dislocated spontaneously 6 weeks post-op and necessitated revision. 3 months after 2nd surgery it spontaneously dislocated again. I reduced it but it happened 3 more times over the next 3-4 months. Each time was progressively more difficult to reduce . And then I saw Dr Wagner . He knew exactly what the problem was and exactly how to fix it . AND HE DID ! It’s been 6 months since then and my shoulder is working just fine and I have no limitations, pains or concerns from it . I couldn’t be more pleased . Thank you Dr Wagner .

Amazing!!!
nowNewDr Wagner is an excellent surgeon. And he has a great personality and bedside manner. He is kind, which comes across when you talk to him. He is the only Dr I found that actually listened to me when I said there was something wrong with my previous shoulder replacement that I had done elsewhere. He listened, he did a biopsy and found a staph infection that ruined the other replacement. After 2 months on antibiotics he completed a reverse revision replacement and it is perfect. No signs of infection, great mobility, and best of all no pain. His entire staff is amazing too. They all care and respond quickly if you have any questions or concerns. Highly recommend Dr Wagner for any future surgeries.

Dr. Wagner and his team are outstanding!
I came to Dr. Wagner after a failed total shoulder replacement by a different doctor. Dr. Wagner performed a revision surgery, one of his specialties, and my outcome has been nothing short of miraculous. My surgical shoulder has no pain and is already stronger than my other arm with full range of motion. I have been amazed at how on time my appointments have been. He and his team are prompt, responsive, and very compassionate. Kaitlyn is especially personable and reassuring, always taking the time to address any concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Wagner for anyone considering shoulder surgery.

Absolutely the most selfish and Inconsiderate MD
The doctor told me he would do the surgery and also told another company and then four months later says no. A decent human being would’ve had the common courtesy to Tell a person who is in need of surgery much earlier than waiting for months. There’s no doubt in my mind he knew he had no intentions of doing it long before four months later.Don’t expect that he’s going to be upfront and honest with you.

Rotator cuff repair
I had damaged my right rotator cuff, I had 2 torn tendons and my muscles had atrophied, Dr. Wagner had to put in 2 tendons and take a muscle from my back to repair my shoulder. Everything went well, I have full motion range, and my strength is returning. I am very happy with my results

Very happy with my results: pain free and great range of motion. Discussed my options including recommended path openly and clearly. Dealt seamlessly with my preexisting blood disorder. Staff friendly, helpful and motivational. I was back to work and life quickly. New shoulder works so well I have to remember it’s not the original.
