The most important things I can share with potential patients: 1) I have dental phobia (literally; just x-rays can make me panic)2) Dr. Wallace is committed to excellent care and as positive an experience as possible.3) He and his staff have only ever been kind and patient and reassuring, dealing with my anxiety and sometimes irrational requests ('Can you look at my mouth one more time because it's Friday and I'll be afraid all weekend otherwise?' --'sure'). 4) I don't panic anymore. I don't feel ashamed of the phobia anymore. They take amazing care of me.

I arrived early and office traffic was light so I was taken back almost immediately.

The team listened to my issues, looked at all related procedures leading up to this and went right to the point.

I would not recommend anyone to him. He removed my gallbladder and I am still experiencing pain. My follow up visit was virtual, which should have been my first clue that he has no concern for his patients. I have never had a procedure done and the doctor doesn’t want to make sure the incision site is healing properly . During the visit I informed him that I was still experiencing the same symptoms that I had before surgery and he blew me off. He stated that as long as it wasn’t too bad he was happy. It has been 2 months and I am still having severe pains. When I called he just had his nurse call and tell me go to the ER. I have never had a doctor that has such little concern for his patients like Dr. Wallace. I am so disappointed in the way he neglected my concerns. Please do your research and find a doctor who cares for his patients
