Your version of a Keto Diet has been working for me and I thank you so much for your book! I watched your video with the PHD who really knocked the Keto diet... What he failed to mention is that he has Type 1 diabetes; which is how he came to his diet plan... and that disease is not the same as insulin resistance. I have learned that diets need to be individualized and not gestapo feeding. Once again thank you for all your knowledge and encouragement. It has had a positive impact. Leah C
