Office staff was professional and thorough. He was also professional easy to talk to, and gave me a clear understanding of what is going on with my eyes we talked about options, I felt no pressure.

I like Dr. Yoon very well. However, his billing dept. is an absolute nightmare. I made 3 trips to their office to give them my provider form to submit to my insurance company that holds my vision insurance. All 3 refused the form telling me they don't file vision insurance forms. I finally had to send them a letter refusing to pay the bill until they took my claim form. They are an absolute nightmare.!!!

This visit was worthless. My wife has had optic neuritis for 6 months, and all Dr Yoon wanted to talk about was MS. Optic neuritis doesn't last that long in MS patients. When I would ask questions about other causes, he would just say that it's old scarring and it wasn't going to get any better. IT DOES GET BETTER, DR. YOON!!! I TRIED TO TELL YOU OVER AND OVER!! Her vision changes continually throughout the day. It gets better, and it gets worse. Instead of Dr Yoon caring enough to do some research on a special case, he just dismisses it based on an INCONCLUSIVE MRI report!! Dr Yoon doesn't care about helping people, we're all just dollar signs to him. He wanted to schedule a follow up in 2 months. Don't hold your breath! If I could give him zero stars, I would! Steer clear of this quack!!

Dr. Yoon and staff are very professional and personable. He does take the time to listen to your concerns and answer your questions. I would highly recommend this Ophthalmology practice.

Dr. Yoon and his staff were very good, helpful, nice and punctual. A routine visit turned into something unknowingly wrong with one of my eyes. Dr. Yoon talked to me on my level and made sure I understood what was going on, what to expect and what my options were. I would, and have, recommended him to others.

I had cataract surgery. My vision is now 20/20. He and his staff were so thorough and I am sure that contributed greatly to my successful surgery. Also he called me that night after surgery to see how I was doing. No other Doctor has ever done that for me. His staff is very professional and friendly. I went to another Doctor for my first cataract surgery and the difference was day and night. I would highly recommend Dr. Yoon to anybody.

Dr Yoon did my cataract surgery. He explained everything well and my results were excellent. I recommend him highly.

On staff with Advanced Ophthalmology of Michiana, Dr. Yoon was excellent in consulting to me the options available concerning cataracts that had developed in both my eyes. I am 63 years old and have had to wear glasses since the fourth grade. When the option was discussed that manufactured lens could be substituted for my own and I would no longer need glasses, I was astounded. I opted for the new prescription lens. Dr. Yoon did a wonderful job, and no more glasses!

Cataract surgery was well planned, painless and exceedingly successful. I now have 20/20 vision in both eyes. I couldn't be happier about the outcome. Dr. Yoon and his staff did an excellent job of measuring my eyes in order to determine what lens needed to be implanted in order to achieve this excellent outcome.

I took my son to see Dr Yoon for itchy red eyes. Dr Yoon was absolutely wonderful with my son. He explained everything to my son (he is 16) and treated us with kindness. He answered all my questions and made my son feel at ease.

I developed a large spider web in my eye in the morning and some flashes. They were able to get me an apt that afternoon. The staff is all very friendly & professional! All my questions were answered & my fears were relieved! I have to return in 1 month for him to look at my eye again & make sure it's OK. I would highly recommend him to my friends & family!

I had cataract surgery back a year ago, I was only 50 when it was done, surgery went fine no trouble with that ,but my vision was blurred and Dr. Yoon said it was probably a Vitreous detachment and it may or may not get better, well! it hasn't got better as a matter of fact it got worse (mind you I had better vision without the surgery). I went back nearly a year later complaining of the same blurriness in my field of vision and once again I was told there was nothing he would do.

Had the first appointment after lunch for routine eye exam....I didn't leave until almost 3 pm... Almost two hours because O was shuffled in and out of exam rooms... Treated like a number not a person! Plus it was 50 degrees in the office.... Sooooo cold to sit for two hours. Also charged for eye test for dry eyes when I had already been diagnosed with extremely dry eyes and had been given a prescription for restasis.i Have recommended dr upon to at least four other people, but never again!
