Worst Doctor
Dr didn’t listen during initial visit. After visit summary shows her asking me many questions she never had asked me. Twice after had phone appointments and never actually called me. One I called her office back immediately after appointment time and she refused to talk to me.

Dr Boettcher and staff made this appointment as uncomplicated as I could have hoped for. At home pre-procedure instructions were thorough and easily understood and effective. Check in was immediate. Each staff person was attentive to my specific concerns and unique needs. Felt I was getting high quality care. Regardless of the outcome, I felt everyone was considerate and performed at very high professional standards. I'm very pleased with the care I receive at KP!
