Dr. Erica Frank, MD

Every visit we have with Dr. Frank is amazing. She always patient and thorough. She listens to my concerns and explains things very well. Not only does Dr. Frank takes time to ask about all three of my children, not just the one that happens to be in her office at that time. She also returns calls quickly.

We love Dr. FRANK and her office staff. Dr. Frank is really compassionate and listens to what you have to say and then takes the time to explain things to you.

Dr. Frank is wonderful! My girls have been with her since newborns and she has always been welcoming, informative, and professional. I can’t imagine not having her as my children’s pediatrician!

Dr. Frank takes her time with myself and my children when i come in. I have a 7 month old and a 9 year old, so im kinda fuzzy on the baby stuff these days but she is very patient and always answers all of my concerns no matter how silly they are and she never makes me feel like im being irrational. She makes us feel like we are her number 1 priority.

I am currently expecting and Dr. Frank is one of the Pediatricians I am considering. Staff is very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The waiting area is comfortable and set up to where healthy patients sit on one side and the sick patients on another. Meeting Dr. Frank was a wonderful experience. She's very kind, polite, informative, and was thorough throughout our meeting asking questions concerning her daughter. If you're looking for a Pediatrician I definitely recommend meeting with Dr. Frank

I love her! We are new to the area. I’m a young parent, but I’m always concern about the well being of my child. Make sure he get the proper treatment. First visit was outstanding. She answered every question and concern I had. He got sick yesterday @ school he didn’t have an appointment. I called to see if she can see him bc he had a Fever of 103 she said bring him right in she wants to see him. All in the same week. Staff, nursing, and everybody is awesome. I love it! Thanks

I hesitate to tell you how wonderful Dr. Frank is because I want to keep her all to myself! Scheduling an appointment with her staff is always a breeze. Her office is clean and the nurses are kind. The doctor is truly patient and most importantly, listens to all of your concerns. You will always leave feeling heard and knowing that your child has received quality care. I cannot say enough positive things about my childrens' doctor. We have been using her for two years for our two children.

Listens and is so great with our 3 kids! Can't recommend enough!
