My follow-up concerns were only discussed with the nurse. The doctor walked in, prescribed a medication without explanation, and didn't address any of the items that I presented.

Very disappointed w Dr. Alexander. I came in for a routine appointment with the hope of asking Dr. Alexander some nuanced questions about my skin conditions. Unfortunately, Dr. Alexander approached the appointment as if it were a pit stop in a Nascar Race. He began speaking before the door was even open and seemed like he hadn’t taken a single breath before leaving 90 seconds later. He proclaimed he was happy to refill my prescriptions so I could get relief, not taking the time to learn that I already had refills from my primary care provider and that I just wanted to consult w him on specific questions. I did manage to sneak in one such question, but before I finished my sentence, he told me he had something that would help and that he would be right back. Instead, he left and sent back in his nurse, who promptly ended the appointment. Dr. Alexander, slow down. Listen to your patients. Hear their concerns. You will earn good money, but be a good doctor first.

Nicest doctor
Runs on time, every one that works at the office is very nice.Love the music. You don’t feel like you’re in an elevator. I’ve been going to him for years and I wouldn’t change dermatologist.

Great Dermatologist for the whole family
Dr. Alexander is fantastic. He gets right to the point and still completely thorough. I have rosacea and eczema and both have been kept from worsening. He stresses preventative care like sunscreen. My family has been seeing him for years and will continue to.

Dr. Alexander is great! He is a patient listener and takes the time to explain all recommendations as well as to answer all questions. I can also tell that he stays up to date on new research (based on his explanations). I felt very comfortable pursuing my acne treatment options. Dr. Alexander hit the nail on the head, I currently have the great control of my acne and I know it is only going to get better. To top it off, office nurses and MA's are also very nice!

During my visit Dr. Alexander met with me in a timely manner, has great listening skills, made his diagnosis and recommendation to my satisfaction. The service was great! Dr. Alexander is very friendly and easy going! Seeing a new doctor can be very intimidating but Dr. Alexander was awesome! My scalp issue is still quite present even after a week of using my prescription, so I'll give it a few weeks to see how effective the treatment is.
