Excellent doctor! My nose looks GREAT!

Dr. Erik Kreutzer, and staff, are the best! They are kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I had a sinus issue going back to surgery 37 years ago! Dr. Kreutzer, and staff, worked me into the schedule TWICE after surgery when I had trouble breathing (when it wasn't a "set" post-op appointment. If you advocate for yourself, and heed their instructions, they will take excellent care of you. Dr. Kreutzer is a seasoned surgeon who healed my sinus problems.

Dr. Kreutzer has been my esteemed colleague for years. I have assisted him in many surgeries and I have always been amazed by his skills, dedication to patient care and outstanding outcomes. When I made my decision to have a rhinoplasty, there were no second thoughts as to whom would be my surgeon. Dr. Kreutzer is a perfectionist (as am I) and I had no doubt that my results would be exactly what I desired. It came as no surprise when the outcome was better than I expected. I had no pain or bleeding and had every ounce of support available from both Dr. Kreutzer and his outstanding staff. I highly recommend Dr. Kreutzer for any patient seeking the best ENT treatment available. He is the best ENT surgeon I have ever met and has been and always will be my friend.

I had been having issues with a hoarse voice for a long time and just thought it was because I talk on the phone all day at my job but it was not going away. I was referred to Dr. Kreutzer. Dr. Kreutzer was able to diagnose my condition and without him I would never have been able to get back a normal voice. If you need an ENT I would highly recommend Dr. Kreutzer as he is an exceptional doctor. He is honest and sincere. He takes the time to listen and explain things and makes sure all your questions are answered. There are not many doctors these days who would take the time to show they care like Dr. Kreutzer does. Also, his staff is very friendly and accommodating and you get a live person when you call the office.

I have been seeing Dr. Kreutzer for 12 years now. My initial visit was prompted by repeated visits to allergists who could not diagnose or treat my symptoms. I was literally using a box of tissues per day and struggling to breathe well. Claritin, Allegra, etc were all just temporary fixes. Dr. Kreutzer was quick to identify nasal polyps and a deviated septum. Upon his recommendation, I underwent surgery to correct my problems. My quality of life has improved drastically since then. I breathe freely, go running, and almost never get sick. His staff is professional and have been with him for the duration. My periodic check-ups indicate that the procedure was successful, and I recommend him to anyone looking for high quality care.

Dr. K has been very helpful in getting me diagnosed properly, handling surgery as well as after care. I did go to another ENT first but, he failed to listen to me telling him there was something more going on and just kept give me antibiotics. Dr K got to the bottom of the issue and was in touch with my other doctors as well to insure everyone knew what he had discovered and made sure communication was there to get me on the road to recovery. Refreshing that he listened to what I was saying and followed through. I would recommend Dr Kreutzer in a heartbeat.

Dr. Kreutzer is in an incredible Doctor that understands his craft and his patients. He diagnosed my problem, explained in detail the course of care, answered all of my questions, and has given me back my quality of life!! If you are looking for an ENT Dr. Kreutzer is the Doctor you should seek out.

Dr. Kreutzer is the ultimate professional with an immense dose of compassion thrown in. His dedication to his patients and his field is sincere and deeply felt. He shows great patience and always appears to have as much time as you need. He is careful to explain everything and talks to you like you are a partner in your own care, which you are. He has taken care of me, members of my family and friends of my family since 2005. His office is staffed with competent and caring people. I feel privileged to have him as my doctor.

Nothing less than perfect. After being referred to Dr. Kreutzer by my GP for a mass on my throat/neck, Dr. Kreutzer and his team worked quickly and efficiently to gather all the data needed to provide an accurate diagnosis. Then, in the midst of the beginning of a pandemic, he was able to usher together all the many resources and procedures needed to quantify my condition so I could begin cancer treatment. The effort he and his team made to get me through the many tests and procedures and into treatment under the circumstances is nothing less than amazing. This can’t be understated. Dr. Kreutzer was the critical component to the accurate diagnoses and following treatment. His communication during the entire process was clear and to the point in a situation that had no room for beating around the bush. The conversations we had were not always easy, but they were clear and pointed. I very much appreciate that. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Kreutzer and his team.

I had a perforation in my nasal septum that was nearly unfixable. I had been to a few other ENTs who told me that there was a 50/50 chance the surgery would be successful. Dr. Kreutzer assured me he would be able to fix it, and he did! I could not be happier with the outcome. Not only did he fix the perforation, but he also fixed my deviated septum. My nose looks exactly the same (so amazing that they can do this surgery without any external incisions) and is in perfect condition now! The surgery itself was painless (under general anesthesia) and the recovery was as expected/not bad at all. Could not recommend Dr. Kreutzer and his team more. I was definitely that annoying patient that called a few times to ask questions after the operation, and they were extremely patient with me and provided detailed answers. Dr. Kreutzer's experience is unmatched -- I definitely recommend him for complex nose surgeries. So happy with the outcome of mine!

I have been going to Dr. Kreutzer for over 5 years. Originally for vertigo, which he successfully helped me resolve this problem. Later in 2020, he corrected a problem thru surgery of a left-oral antral fistula which has existed over a year and was originally incorrectly diagnosed -- outcome has been greatly successful. In addition, he was able to help a severe bleeding problem that was created by my husband taking plavex. I highly recommend him, as well as his staff for their professionalism.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kreutzer's for about 5 years. My original complaint was regarding occluded nasal passages and sinuses. Dr. Kreutzer eventually performed surgery to correct the sinus and nasal polyp conditions, and I have been very happy with the results. No reoccurrences. Dr. K. is a straight shooter and tells you what's going on very clearly. He is also reasonable and willing to listen to your questions and explain the alternatives and their potential risks and consequences. He is an excellent doc and I recommend him highly. Most recently, I went to see Dr. K. and his audiologist because I had recently developed a problem with the hearing in one ear. It had been a couple of weeks since the initial injury and the hearing was still not getting better. Much to my surprise, his office staff squeezed me into his schedule that very same day and I was able to have my hearing checked and consult with Dr. K. about the situation. Many thanks!

I had an upper eyelid surgery with Dr.Kreutzer and I couldn't be happier with the results! I look at least a decade younger than prior to the surgery. I also want to point out how natural I look.
